We were severely discriminated against throughout the whole process. First of all, we paid the room fee on Ctrip. When we arrived at the hotel, a Middle Eastern female receptionist wearing black veils actually charged the room fee again. When we found out, she didn't say sorry, but just smiled and said she was overcharged. Europeans and locals staying in the hotel have a blue bracelet private beach and towels for free, but we Chinese only have a piece of paper.
