I was disappointed by Ctrip's rating again. This hotel is not a five-star hotel at all.
The facilities are dilapidated, there are few entertainment and restaurants inside, and the price is expensive.
The most important thing is that there are construction sites all around, which is noisy, dirty and smelly.
In recent years, domestic hotels have developed very fast. Every time I encounter a bad hotel, it is really not as good as Atour and Lifeng in China.
I was the only one who checked in late at night. It took me a long time.
Ctrip's overseas business is really... hard to describe. Now I have changed to another hotel with a lower rating than Pullman, but the environment, service facilities, etc. are much better!!!

It was our third stay at Pullman. Everything went great. Right from arrival till departure. The staff was courteous and friendly. The facilities were great. Truly an amazing experience. Highly recommended.
